Someone in the app
To report a person or something they sent you in the app, use Report on their profile or on the transfer.
What happens next
- Our moderators review every report. Files sent with Light Share are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't see them unless a report from the link's page shares the key with us.
- A link that several people report from its page is put on hold automatically while we review it. We can remove a link and suspend the account that shared it.
- Links reported for child sexual abuse material are never opened by our moderators: they are preserved and escalated as the law requires.
- If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
